District 57 Staff - Apply for Grants from the Education Foundation!

The Education Foundation has created Grant Proposal Forms for staff members to request educational funding from the Foundation. The form is available for download here in PDF format.

Completed requests should be forwarded to the school principal by the established deadline. The principal will review the application to make sure it is complete (principals do not approve or reject submissions). The Foundation's grant coordinator will pick up requests from the school principals.
